Every engagement starts with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to understand your context, the issues you are facing and what a realistic next step looks like. From there, you receive a tailored proposal and, where helpful, a recommendation on whether ad hoc support or a fractional arrangement will offer the best value.


You will receive a clear written proposal covering deliverables, timelines and payment terms, so you
know exactly what to expect before committing. For fractional clients, we agree on a bank of hours for
the year and a rhythm of contact, giving flexibility to increase involvement around key moments such
as restructures, inspections or periods of rapid change.

Why Flourishing Conversations Exists
